Will my CHI hair straigtener work in Hong Kong?

Will my CHI hair straigtener work in Hong Kong? I have the proper voltage converter (240V to 120V) and outlet adapter (British), but I’ve heard that CHI hair straighteners sometimes don’t work overseas even with the adapter and converter. Thanks.

Mine worked! I’m not sure what was the voltage converter and all, but all I did was gotten the plug converter because the plugs were different (I’m from the US) and it worked perfectly fine.
