Get your teeth cleaned at the dentist more often than you do now. Use extra flouride toothpaste. Ask the dentist for teeth whitening gel.

brush ur teeth with baking soda..it takes abt few weeks but it helps..it whitness it..its probally not the best taste but worth it..also i have stains on my teetha nd mmy desntist told me someppl get this from tea and coke type of drinks so i dont drink tea anymroe..which really helped

The white strips DO work. I use the Crest kind myself.
What you NEED to do is change what you eat.
Coffee, smoking, and other things will stain your teeth.
