Eczema prone people use it a lot as it's so gentle and non irritating. It's made by a company called Beiersdorf. Sea Buckthorne oil is a wonderful product for all sorts of skin problems, including balancing your skins own moisture level, as wellas containing a natural sunscreen which is important in S.A.! Ask your chemist if they can order it in for you or buy it from a website such as - they sell it for rosacea but it's pure sea-buckthorn oil - also used in many anti-ageing products a etc. Great stuff :) I don’t know if it’s available in South Africa but Eucerin is a great skincare range. If you go to a beautician they will tell you what to use or you can go to their website where they have a face-mapping service which is also good.
