Im not sure if this line is available in South Africa but its a possibility! Cetaphil! Dermatologist recommended!!!! Available at grocery stores and local drustores (Walgreen’s, etc)!
I’ll leave a link so you can overlook the product line!

Vasiline intensive care is very good and great value for money

I think Dermalogica is the best brand to use - they may cost a little bit more but the they really work and it all seems to last for ages. If you go to a beautician they will tell you what to use or you can go to their website where they have a face-mapping service which is also good.

I don’t know if it’s available in South Africa but Eucerin is a great skincare range. Eczema prone people use it a lot as it’s so gentle and non irritating. It’s made by a company called Beiersdorf.

Sea Buckthorne oil is a wonderful product for all sorts of skin problems, including balancing your skins own moisture level, as wellas containing a natural sunscreen which is important in S.A.!

Ask your chemist if they can order it in for you or buy it from a website such as - they sell it for rosacea but it’s pure sea-buckthorn oil - also used in many anti-ageing products a etc. Great stuff :)
