well there are a lot of reasons about hair loss… ive read in a book about health that stress can cause hair loss and also psychological fatigue esp. when u have lots of worries or problems..genetics could also be one reason and men have the higher cases… cancer also cause hair loss…. i had experienced hair loss 6 years when i had lots of problems and when i know that stress causes hair loss, i just relaxed and forget my worries and i stay positive and i applied
non harsh shampoos… harsh shampoos i think may also contribute to hair loss.

The cause is largely genetic. The remedy is to shave your head and maintain your self-esteem. I’m as bald as a cue ball, but I’m fit, healthy, and confident. Don’t let this dimwitted society tell you you’re less attractive because you’re bald. I do quite nicely, thank you.

hair loss is a combination of:
- ageing which cant really be stopped
or
- lack of protein in the diet, protein is the nutrient which maintains your nails and hair, basically the visible hair is dead proteins, so if your nails are weak, perhap this is a sign that you need to increase you proteing intake preferably through complete proteins i.e. meat or otherwise a combination of incomplete proteins i.e. dark green veggie otherwise a supplement should do. good luck !
