What is the most effective hair vitamin and where can I buy it?

I want to grow my hair out FAST! Ive been looking online and have found lots of hair vitamins that promote hair growth. I was about to buy hair formula 37 but soon found out that you shouldnt take them if you are under 18…and i am under 18. So should i buy BOOST! from worldofhair.com or HairTopia from hairbotique.com or does anyone have experience of taking Hair Formula 37 even if you are under 18…like cutting the pill in half or something? PLEASE HELP I WANT LONG HAIR FAST AND THE SOONER I GET A EFFECTIVE HAIR VITAMIN THE SOONER I GET LONG HAIR!! plzzz help!
