Not to sound crass, but actually, semen has the filled with the proteins to help get rid of acne and any facial impurities. But I’d rather go for facial products as its more hygienic.
Products to recommend would be..
Cetaphil, Clearasil by Boots ( theyre available everywhere if you lived in England), Loreal Pure Zone product range. I live on Loreal. It really works for me. I suggest you try the facial scrub and toner as it just cleans off away the oils and dirt.
Another would be Neutrogena, then um Garnier Synergy Pure range. Theres this moisturizer that absorbs the oil off. It leaves a clean and non-sticky feeling. Smells fresh too. I swear by it.
Its not only products that can help you. A lifestyle and routine might help too.
-avoid wearing facial powder/liquid foundation/cake foundation/mouse foundation. Opt for Neutrogena’s tinted moisturizer.
-avoid eating oily food..And if you do, wipe or wash your face after you do so.
-wear a handband if you have fringes/bangs. Make sure your hair doesn’t come in contact with your forehead. Foreheads are most prone to pimples.
Wash 2-3 times a day. No more, no less. Too much washing will dry up your skin and it will age faster.
-exercise. Sweat releases off all the dirt that’s in your body. Unrinating isn’t good enough. Actually, you don’t need vigorous exercise. Housework is good enough.
- And also one more.. Do not get involved in being stressed up. Stress also affects the body in many ways.
I’m sure you can think of many other ways. Give me an email if you need anymore pointers. Hope this helps!

Retin-A micro seems to work, but is prescription only, and VERY expensive.
Wash your face with warm water, but always rinse with cool. The cool water tightens pores.
