Try using Zenmend Derma Lotion or Autopalm from Skinstore.com.

Zenmend has no side effects and it's non-irritant to the skin. It's proven to works fast and it povides Maximum results! It's certainly a good lotion to prevent further outbreaks.

Autopalm dry skin mlm is one of the best seller at skinstore.com now. (Skinstore.com holds more than 10,000 skin care products)It's pretty effective, and worth the dollar paid out.

Do check this website out...

The hair flakes are easy. Rinse your hair with diluted apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of cinnamon for a few days before you go to sleep. You may smell like a salad for a little bit but the flakes will go away. Leave it on for an hour and rinse it out in your shower. Your hair will feel wonderful.

If you want to thicken your hair or grow new hair, add several drops of neem oil, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, plus a dash of cayenne & cinnamon into a base of cold pressed olive oil or coconut oil. Mix up this solution in a coffee cup and dip your fingers into it and rub it into your scalp an hour before you shower in the evening or an hour before you shower in the morning. This will give your hair a perfect garden to stimulate new growth.

Hair and skin problems suggest you may have clogged arteries and a clogged gut from a lifetime of feeding yourself food that is not healthy. You should consider doing internal cleansing and begin eating more raw fruits, nuts and vegetables. I would also suggest drinking at least six glasses of clean water each day to help hydrate your body. By giving your body water, you will also help give your thyroid, liver, kidneys, pancreas, gallbladder, and your gut what it needs to clear the toxins you add to your body every day.

If you want to cleanse and your diet is not going to change, then sea salt will help remineralize and cleanse your body. In addition to six glasses of distilled water, add a tablespoon of unrefined sea salt to three of those glasses of water each day and this will help remineralize your body
until you start eating properly. Check your urine color and you will see it begin to turn almost clear as your body begins filtering out toxins properly. Also take a tablespoon of raw unfiltered(cloudy)apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of cinnamon in your favorite vegetable or fruit juice three times a day to provide good flora for your gut. This will help get your internal organs functioning the way they should to rid your body of toxins properly. Think of your body as a battery that needs the proper balance to start your motor up and keep it working all day. A proper alkaline/acid solution is critical to a good funtioning battery that is your body.

All of these things are helping me grow healthy new hair but more importantly they are ways for me to remain healthy until my diet is healthy. When you begin to become conscious of your health, this will be a wonderful day. Do it before there are other signs that are much more severe than flaky skin. Rehydration and remineralization of a water and mineral starved body is essential. Don't you think it is time to treat your body with the respect it deserves?
Blessing in your quest for health consciousness,

go to the dollar store and buy yourself a headband for your head before washing. or you might have to wash your hair like the salons do. I sometimes have to do that to myself and my daughter.

you probably have a dry scalp. use a moisturizing shampoo or if your hair is thinning, use nioxin cleanser, conditioner and leave in treatment. it'll thicken your hair. I used it when my hair was falling out when I had my baby.

Apply Vaseline at night, and allow it to be absorbed into the skin. Use a less abrasive shampoo, something gentler. Also, use a thick face cream on the dry spots during the day. If the problem persists, I recommend Hydrocortisone cream, from a doctor!

I would suggest you dry your hair really good and try a face cream for dry skin. Dont scrub your hair in the front that hard. Also, maybe try a softer shampoo and conditioner than your using.

Dry your hair with a hair dryer, then put face cream on to soothe your dry skin
