I love Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner.

Yout put it on with a fine brush, and it stays on all day. It’s similar to liquid eyeliners, but I like the feel much better — it’s not as wet.

L’oreal. It has good staying power. Even stays on during a work-out. I like the built in applicator that lets you apply it like a felt-tipped pen. It’s not expensive and you can get it at a grocery store or drug store.
