Thread vein treatment … what is the best option?

I have a cluster of thread veins on my leg and want to get them removed, I have been offered laser treatment and injections, does anyone know which is best and more effective? Any information is appreciated …

my cosinremoved those veins but she got them back after a while. i think laser is much better.
