You can make a paste with baking soda and water on your tooth brush. I hear baking soda will work wonders!

Try using colgate like rapid fire…Toothpaste was on sale so we bought a bunch and used them all and saw my teeth get whiter and I still have my braces on! luckily i get a free whitening treatment after i get them off…
EDIT: I also used cheap hard toothbrushes too for my teeth to get in all the nooks and crannys…
