Blistex. Models often use it, I’m told, under their lipstick to give fuller lips. Put it on and let it soak in about 5 minutes. You can get it at a drugstore. It’s intended for chapped or dry lips, male or female. It’s not shiny or perfumed.

Well this is sort of make up.
But put a LIIIIITTLE bit of foundation on the border between lips and skin.
Then use your skin color’s lip liner right outside of your normal lip line.
Make sure it is amazing staying lipliner.
And use a q-tip to make it look more natural.

a good sucker punch would do the trick. lol
I really have no idea. Bath and Body works make several lip “plumpers” but they are glosses mostly.

Try injectables. Do not overdo it though. Subtelty is better. There are temporary ones and if you like it you can use the ones which are permanent or stay 1 year or so. Saves you on money in the long run too.

try a little vaseline overnight it will help moisturise your lips and stop them drying out making them look healthier and so more kissable

brush your lips with your tooth brush after you’ve done your teeth. it works like body brushing i suppose. also the mint in the tooth paste residue will make your lips tingle and swell a little but nothing painful about it.
this definitely works done it a few times.

philosophy.com makes a lip product for this. It’s clear and unflavored.
