Sclerotherapy or laser treatment (for spider veins)? Does it work? and is it affordable?

I am 21 years old and am 12 week pregnant ( dont think that matters, but I thought I’d mention it in case it did). I am constantly bothered by spider veins!! I am not over weight and I work out and eat healthly, I never lay out in the sun…yet for some reason unknown to me I have spider veins on my face and my arms!!! The ones on my face are kind of a purple-ish blue color and the ones on my arms are very slight…but are tiny red veins that are pretty obvious. My self asteem is like 0 right now…I am too young to have this problem…and they only get worse with age. I want to get laser therapy to get rid of them…or sclerotherapy…but I think they are too small and slight to acutally inject them with a needle. My questions are:Why do I have these annoying veins despite constant care? Is laser therapy affordable? Does it actaully work? and will my insurence likely cover it since they cause physical pain ( stinging and numbness)?( full coverage with blue cross); I am so frustrated!
