professional teeth whitening

I am going to be going to the dentist for a professional teeth cleaning. I would like to have a mold of my teeth taken for a whitening kit. How does this whitening kit work? Do I just squirt the bleach in there?

You put the bleach in a whitening tray then you put it on your teeth. I suggest you don’t get your teeth whitened this way. My friend used whitening trays….once. If you accidently get the bleach not on your teeth, it is EXTREMELY painful, and it is more than likely you will do this. Try go smile, or a whitening toothpaste.

Yes. If it is the same as I got, you get a plastic mouth tray made from your mold. The tray fits exactly over your teeth. You put some gel in this, place the tray over your teeth and sleep with it. There are several types of whitening gel. Some do not require a whole night.

But you need not worry. Your dentist will explain everything, and don’t feel shy about asking questions. No question is silly and the answers are important to you. So, just ask.

The best of luck to you!
