Nail polish?

Is their a difference between clear nail polish and clear nail polish hardener? The hardener is what you put over nail polish, but is their a difference between clear nail polish and clear nail polish hardener?

I think that there is only top coat clear nail polish so I think they are the same.

erm, no. it just depends on your preference. you can put either on top of color, or by themselves. if you want strong nails, go for the hardener… if you dont give a crap go for the regular clear polish.

The hardener should strengthen your nails. The polish just gives them a gloss.

I think that the clear nail polish (regular one) is just for looks, like any other color and the hardener is the one that keeps your nails from breaking. I use the hardener after my top coat to keep my nails from chipping off.

Clear nail hardener is to harden your nails so they don’t chip or get brittle.

I think there is a difference, but people often apply hardener as the top coat too. I know I do, and it works fine.

The clear nail polish hardener is better than the clear nail polish because it strengthens your nails and keeps them from breaking. There is also an under coat that you apply before the polish which contains vitamins and keeps the actual polish from ruining your nail.

clear nailpolish is suppose 2 make ur nails look clean and shiny, while clear nailpolish hardener makes ur weak nails stronger and also can be an overcoat to make the nailpolish u put on ur nails last longer.

clear nail polish is just nail polish thats clear. hardener is like the top coat for after u put on nail polish and then u put it on top to make sure it doesnt flake

The hardner makes your nails stronger and helps them to grow but the polish is just for a natural look. You can put the hardner on your bare nail, it doesnt have to be over coloured or clear polish. I’d say hardner (to keep the top coat of the nail firm) then the polish over it (for fashion effect.)

The only difference is that nail polish hardener makes your nails stronger

The hardener keeps the nail polish on longer and keeps it from chipping easily.

hardener protects the nail polish underneath and makes it shiny. the clear nail polish is the ACTUAL nail polish…hope that helps =]
