Marks left on legs from spider vein treatment?

Around the 1st of May I went in and had some laser treatments done on a few spider vein patches…..good news is spider veins are gone…bad news the marks from the laser are not and have not faded over the last couple of months….what is up with that? What do I do?

sorry it is unresolving complication of the laser it may get fainter with time
