Lose belly fat by summer! Help!?

Anyway i am a 15 year old male, and i have a bulgie stomach, and slight moobs (..man boobs..). And i want to lose belly fat and my moobs, because under my fat i can feel i have nice abs but have fat over them!!!! So what is the quickest ways i cant lose fat? Like what spacificly should i eat, and what other excersizes should i do for how long?
—-Im trying to eat healthier, and yesterday i started to doing 30 knee ups, 30 leg raises, 30 on couch crunches, 30 hip thrusts, 30 cross crunches, and 30 cross leg reverse crunches (10 per side) 2 to three times a day. but want more to do.

you have to do cardio.. just doing weight training stuff liike what u said isnt enough. swim or run or something too

Several words of advice:
1. You are an still in your early teens - the time of life when we put on a ton of weight. In your later teens, you will increase in height which will thin you out all over - i.e. you will lose your “baby fat”.
2. Crunches may firm your abs but will do nothing about the fat covering them.
3. Muscle burns fat - so that is good you are doing resistance training…weight lifting would be good also. Stronger muscles will make cardio workouts better.
4. Cardio burns fat - after 20 minutes of consistent exercise, you begin to burn the fat. You should alternate days of resistance training and weight lifting with days of cardio workouts (e.g. running, swimming, bicycling).
5. Even after all of the fad diets, the best way to eat is still by the food guide pyramid. find out what your requirements are at
6. I know its hard to get fruits and vegetables but they are crucial for growth, replenishment after exercise, and they are lower in calories so they will allow you to lose fat faster.
