I have premature grey hair and for only being 31 I am 60% grey and use dye to cover it up at least twice a month. Does anyone know of a natural remedy or mineral I can take to stop the new growth of grey hair? I hate it!

Years ago, Pat Boone and Dick Clark (America’s oldest teen) swore by PABA, para amino benzoic acid, get it in the health food vitamin/mineral isle. I used it for about 10 years and at 55, I’m just starting to go grey. Course, it’s probably in the genes! I think when I started to dye my hair (purple, actually
it seemed to grey faster.

Hello,
There isn’t something that can stop grey hair, It happens naturally and to people at different ages. The reasons for it aren’t even clear, stress or genetics, who knows. I am 19 and I started getting greys around 16 so I understand what your feeling, but the truth is there is no solution for it. Either dye it or leave it as it is.
