If it is hair loss that is concerning you, you need to get the follicle clean. I have found the reason for most baldness is the follicle has been clogged - it actually doesn’t die. Unfortunately all the over the counter products I have seen don’t help much in this area.
If you change your personal care brands you will see an improvement in the fullness of your hair. A friend of mine even had psoriasis all in her scalp and it started to come down in her eyebrow and on her nose. She was able to get rid of it all.
You can buy them on-line and they are shipped from Adelaide to your front door.

Dutasteride isn’t readily available in Australia - it’s only really used in trials for prostate problems at this stage. Even when approved, it’s unlikely to be an over the counter drug.
