Scars are very hard to get rid of. Try a vitamin E cream, it might help fade them. Also you may try some make up to cover them up

When I had surgery, the doctor told me vitamin e oil. The spot I put it on is invisible, but the rest of the scar is stil there. However, I am white and my scar is pink. As pale as I am, I don’t know about lighter scars (assuming you are the dark black and not the white black). Try it anyway. If it doesn’t get rid of them, your skin will be softer!

I know that certain laser surgery can reduce the size of certain scars..depending on the size of it there are products sold from the drug stores but THEY DON:T WORK so do not waste your money on them other wise hey don;t worry about them ……

There are some new products on the market that remove scars and rebuild the tissue. Usually they are silver based. I use vit E oil. I rub it in vigorously 2-3 times a day. But in your case I would ask a pharmacist. Many times they know more than a doctor.

You can use anything product that contains “Hydroquinone”. Im mixed and it works so well, no matter what race you are. It is a skin bleach, but it is mild enough if under 4% to get off blemishes (dark spots) but not burn you. I was first prescibed 4% by my doctor (dermatologist) but you can get 2% at almost any drug store (Walgreens, CVS), Walmart or On-line.
Here is a list of different products (wait for page to load, its comming…)
…
Some of these are ‘pricey.” But, if you go to your doctor, your insurance will probably cover it for free and you probably end up with a stronger one than you can buy at the store.
Hope I have helped.

Laser is a good treatment for lighter skin. If its a raised scar silicone patches are good, if is darker than you complexion try using a bleaching cream, other than these options dint wast your money on products that say it get rid of scar, they can help smooth out the scar but will not get rid of. Also try dermablend it can cover scars anywhere on ur body, below is there website
