How to lose belly fat as quickly as possible?

I know you can’t really decide where to lose fat and that it usually comes from all over when you’re losing it, but I have a bit of a gut that i’m not proud of from years of bad eating habits. I walk a lot and go jogging sometimes which is something I think has kept it down a bit. Two weeks ago I picked up a healthy lifestyle. I have ditched fast food, junk food, sodas, and I now drink water and V8 fruit and veggie drinks, I eat snacks that are healthy for you like whole grain triscuits, fruits, and I do light work outs every other day with a protein shake afterwards. I don’t do much cardio tho. Any suggestions on getting this belly to go away so if I start doing sit ups, my abs will show. Thanks!

Simply eat healthy, and stay away from junk food even if you get those “cravings”. sit ups will help tone the area, but the real help will come from jogging at least 30 minutes 5 times a week. Stick to this and you’ll see quick results.

Congratulations! I have also been trying to lose a bit of weight, what i do is
eat very healthy and cut out soda, junk food, etc.
I eat smaller portions
I try to go for a mile walk ever day or every other day
and i do crunches every day.
I try to play alot of softball/frisbe in my spare time.
Good luck and you will do fine! it will take time though. But Again Great Work So Far!!
