		<description>Yes you can lose belly fat by just dieting.  No the muscles won't be more defined without exercise.  

Look into the Abs diet.  It's really not a diet, but rather clean eating.  Heck, I eat 6 times a day on this thing and lose a couple pounds of fat each week.  I've dropped from 24% body fat to 15% in about 8 weeks.
