HOw to lose belly fat and love handles??

i am not suer how to lose the belly fat and love handles in orde to have a six pac. I have a good diet going on right now and im loosing weight but i feel like just dieting wont help me lose the belly fat, i tried like crunches and stuff but i like didnt see results so i kinda stoped. what should i do….. also, i heard that losing the belly fat is the hardest thing to get rid off, if i do lose 25 pounds by the end of may, around what time should i start seeing some type of difference in my belly??
Please try to answer my main questions?
1. can i lose belly fat just by dieting?
2. if i lose like 25 pounds, will my luscles under the fat be more defined??
3.What should i specifically do to lose they belly fat?

if you do crunches than you are just toning up the muscles underneth the fat the only way to loose fat is to do cardio like running ect

Yes you can lose belly fat by just dieting. No the muscles won’t be more defined without exercise.
Look into the Abs diet. It’s really not a diet, but rather clean eating. Heck, I eat 6 times a day on this thing and lose a couple pounds of fat each week. I’ve dropped from 24% body fat to 15% in about 8 weeks.
