Other than exercise is there a treatment available to reduce cellulite? For that matter does exercise remove Cellulite - I am not extremely overweight but haven’t trained for about 6 months and have noticed it on the back of my legs. Any advice would be great!

I feel your pain. I am not overweight neither, but I had them even before I had children.
There are creams to reduce cellulite, and I would reccommend this one:
I’ve used it and it works really good!
But if you would like a professional’s reccommendation on treatments/creams, go to this site because it’s very helpful:

Being overweight has nothing to do with cellulite. Fat being poorly distributed can happy in even someoen that’s 5′6″ and 100lb. Best and most permanent thing is really probably to work out. Doesn’t have to be too hardcore or for hours at a time, but just stay fit. And when you take in fats, try to avoid saturated fats. Saturated fats have a tendency to solidify and form compact structures, which probably adds onto the cellulite formation and appearance. The creams and gels out there are far from permanent or 100% effective solutions, but the new Nivea gel does help a lot. If you do some light exercise every week and use the gel you’ll be good in no time.
