I know how to(: Do one or all of these things: A.) Bite your lips right before you enter a room or anywhere important. It gets the blood flowing there. Don't do this TOO often, it gives some people chappend lips. B.) Take your wet toothbrush and brush your lips, inside and out. No toothepaste though. C.) Burts Bees Wax is very cheap, and works wonders. D.) For a picture or something, Roll up a small piece of toilet or tissue and stick it under the top of your lips. :) YESSS!
