how do you plump your lips at home?

i wanna make my lips fuller without really paying for anything. does anyone know how to plump lips at home?

   get lip plumper. they have it at ulta, victoria’s secret, and almost all other beauty and makeup stores

   YESSS! I know how to(: Do one or all of these things:

   A.) Bite your lips right before you enter a room or anywhere important. It gets the blood flowing there. Don’t do this TOO often, it gives some people chappend lips.
   B.) Take your wet toothbrush and brush your lips, inside and out. No toothepaste though.
   C.) Burts Bees Wax is very cheap, and works wonders.
   D.) For a picture or something, Roll up a small piece of toilet or tissue and stick it under the top of your lips.

   there is this lipstick that like sinks into your lips and make the nerves pop out u can get it at like any store i think
