I don’t know about the shampoo but eating healthy and exercising will always help to keep you hair growing and healthy

if you massage your head it can stimulate your blood cells in your hair and could make your hair grow faster.

I believe the shampoo you’re referring to is “Mane and Tail”. It’s a great shampoo, but it doesn’t make hair grow faster. Take lots of vitamin E (real, not synthetic).

you should cut you’re hair ends every month it gets rid of slipt ends and makes your hair grow faster

Your hair grows at about the same rate, most of time.
What you have to do is keep it from breaking off.
Silica will help you keep a full head of hair, so will sulfur.
Chop an onion and put it in a small amount of water, put the water on your hair and scalp. Onion has a good amount of sulfur.
Shavegrass will help your hair stay thick and healthy.
An egg massaged into your hair and scalp will help.
Rinse your hair with cold water to make the blood flow to your scalp. Massage will also increase the blood flow.

i suggest that you treat your hair well in order for it to grow faster which means eliminate hair straighterns, curling irons, hair dying. go in for a nice hair trim so your dead ends are cut off and the most of oyur hair is healthy.

Your hair will grow an average of 1/2 inch every month. KEEP hair in good health. Get it trimmed every 6 to 8 weeks. Take vitimins. USE PRODUCTS recommended by a stylist ONLY. NO over the counter drug store stuff.
Also just fyi cutting your hair does not make it grow faster.. It just keeps it healthy and helps prevent breakage…. then the growth you do get will show….

Get your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks. It makes your hair grow faster and makes it look much healthier…also, sunlight makes it grow quicker

Not sure of it. Lavender oil has been shown to increase hair growth so massage the oil once a week and soak for 30 minutes before washing. Try for more details.
