how do i grow long hair fast?

i have strightened my hair for about three years and i have stopped starting last week.i want my hait to grow about six inches but im just not that patient i want it to grow six inches in 8 months is that possible without taking tablets or pills?

Use vitamin E capsules and rub it on the ends of your hair.And don’t brush your hair too much, it causes breakage.

i have the same problem. im not taking any pills i normall straigten my hair. its really hard not too. im trying to grow about 8inches too.
im hoping this works for me too.
-stick to not straightening.
-dont blow dry your hair
-use protective spray
-try not to overwash your hair (its damaging)
-deep condition your hair once a week
-take vitamins & try and eat healthier (ive heard it works)
-dont dye it or use harmful chemicals.

Well prenatal Vitamins are safe obviously because you take them when pregnant but other than that patience.

Just go to the store and try finding things for nails and hair…
They improve your skin too! so u should try it…

yes it is possible all you need to do is to get your hair trimmed like every 4 weeks and take good care of it! The last six months i had a problem just like yours. But my hair grew 5 inches more!

no, I’d take prenadel pills your nails will grow faster too though and it’s good for you. It’s what women who are pregnant take for good vitimans
