How can I get fuller, plumper lips?

Without using injections?
I don’t care the price, cause if it works I’ll buy it.
If you’ve had personal experience with it, I would like to know.
I mean, if you’ve personally tried it, or you noticed it on someone else or whatever.

buy a lip gloss at any drugstore that says lip plumper on it.

use lip gloss that ‘plumps’ your lips. I also find that sucking on your lower lip helps and it is kinda flirty (so I heard). Don’t spend too much money on this. If you play a wind instrument like the tuba or the clarinet you get fuller, ‘plumper’ lips too.

well my friend has this thing that sells at victoria secet and its like lip gloss but it makes yur lips look fuller and plump.

The best one I have ever used is the Lip Tox Sheer. You really notice a difference in only a few days. This stuff is awesome it even has REAL diamond dust in it for very very shiny lips. Goolge Bee-Luscious.
