i want to start taking hair vitamins so that my hair will grow faster but i dont kno which 1 to take. I am african american and i just want to try da best 1 for my hair. So if u kno anything about phyto or hairtopia can u Please!!!! tell me what u kno. Thanks

I just know Phyto and I know they are very good….

Pre-natal vitamis are the best. They have all the vitamins you need for growing long and thick hair.
