I have relativly long hair… its about half way down my back… how do I get it to grow faster than the 3 years it took to get it to this length? I have the special shampoo and i know to get a trim every couple weeks… but any suggestions on other remedies? Please help!

You just have to be patient and once it does grow, you will appriciate it!

Nah. Just get it trimmed weekly to get the dead ends off and keep it moisturized and it should be good.

I have the same problem except mine is a couple inches past my shoulder!
But to answer your question trim your hair every month to month and 1/2 is what my hair professional advises me to do. I flat iron which causes a lot of damage and getting the bad stuf off the end helps anyone (even if you don’t use flat irons) to get there hair longer! Make sure you are having vitamins and milk and fish are supposed to make your hair grow quicker and longer. Also if you are damaging it use a heat protection spray. I use Heat Protexx by Nexus. Works great!
By the way what kind of shampoo do you use I am looking for one to make my hair grown longer?
I hope I helped and Good Luck! =]

you dont have to trim it every week, unless the ends start to look really bad. trimming doesnt help it grow. have patience.
