i personally use the head and shoulders in the purple bottle, i think it’s the “heavy duty” one…but it may be best for you to keep switching. I switch shampoo brands everyonce in awhile because my hair gets used to the shampoo, and it makes my hair feel fresher. So it all depends on how your head reacts. If anything, call a dermatologist, there are prescription topical treatments for dandruff!

Best thing to do if it is severe is, to make an appt with your physician to get to the root of your problem. Sometimes it is more than just the typical dandruff and needs to be treated.

Try changing until you find the right one! i used to use Redken but changed cuz my mom wanted me too i changed to Joico (dont knw how to spell it properly). But half way through using redken my little dandruff went away. Im not sayin use redken because its going to take away your dandruff..cause we all have different needs with hair….but just to maybe use something longer or change until you find the right shampoo/conditioner. Or you can just put olive oil in your hair for about 30 min or so and see if that helps.
