I would like to learn what I could use on my face to keep it healthy and youthful. I am 30 and scared of getting older skin. I know it is inevitable, but I want to take good care of it now to reduce the signs of aging.
I use face moisturizer SPF20 daily, SPF45 if I plan to be outside. Vasoline every nite on lips and eyelashes. Any info would be super appreciated. There are alot of chemicals out there- vit A, Vit E, collagen, retinol, etc. I have no clue what is good and what is gimic. thanks a bunch

i suffered from acne n now the facial skin pores look little bit wide and red patches seem to leave scars on my face but when i awake from sleep these pores become tight n are dont look widen……is there any chance that these can b tight n scars can b removed by natural way of healing of its own skin? now its end of acne n dont get pimples now but red patches are there which are fading gradually…

I have terrible acne scars, i’m almost 21 and i am not happy. I have it worst on my nose - my nose is already big, and the scaring isn’t just red, it’s lumpy dead scar tissue. It makes my nose look bigger and nasty.

The thing is i never popped them - they would just get so big they would break on their own.

Anyways, i want to get rid of these and my doctor said that laser removal would be the only option for my scars. Has anyone done it? Does it work? Any draw backs ?

I am looking for the right treatment for acne scar removal. I have heard of several options. I want to know the best and most percise. I have a couple of acne scars on my cheek bones and the side of my face. Please let me know about your expierence if you have ever had something like that.

My son has been using this acne cream( acnefree-terminator 10) and it contains benzoyl peroxide. He recently developed scaly rashes on his face, chin area. There hasn’t been any problems before this, he started using it about 2 weeks ago. Is there any thing he can do to get rid of his rash, how so? And, how can he get rid of his acne without using medicines, creams, etc.?

The fruit acid is this too much?

If so what are the lond term affects of regular use and also what is the right about to use.

I have asian skin, and recently i started getting acne.
Now I have like a huge black discolouration of my skin right under my lip, i just went to the doctor today to see what i can do about it, she told me that there is no guarantee if it will go away coz its a acne scar, but because i still have acne she gave me some tablets, coz the solutions that she has given me earlier really don’t work on me. But i want to get rid of the acne scars I have. I have mild acne, and i cant really seperate it into those types they have, coz it looks nothing like that, it’s just the discolouration. But i still want to get rid of it. Anyone know any tips? I also want to how how good it works.
OIL? that’s the last thing i had in mind, my acne areas are full of oil that im trying to get rid of all the time!
