I have dark circles under my eyes and I think they are chronic because I can’t remember a day when I did not have them. And Yes I do drink a lot of water and sleep 8hrs a day, but that has not worked for me. so I am looking for a cream that might reduce them

I am 20 years old and i am looking for a whitening skincare, i have been using H2oplus whitening product, but i want to change to Shiseido lucent white product. I am concerning if this product is appropriate for me or not because i hear some people say it is for more mature people only. Like over 25, is that true?

I have a clear mascara, a white eyeshadow, clear lip Gloss and a pink blusher. My problem is that when I go with real colors that don’t look very natural. I want to know how can I do makeup with a professional look that in the end looks natural.
One more thing what’s the best makeup for black and white outfit?
Are there any good whitening moisturizers and skincare products that do not contain vitamin C?

I am interested in skincare products especially targeted at whitening and brightening asian skin , without containing vitamin C, because I seem to be allergic to it…thanks in advance! ~_~
=0 after I read some of the answers…I think I need to clear some things up…lol
By whitening, I do not mean bleaching…b/c I have light skin, ivory shade, but still I would like something to make skin more luminous, and transparent, like snow. Thanks you guys!

Right now I use Lip Fusion lip plumper. Is there anything out there that is better than that or will make my lips plumper?

When I apply makeup (foundation that matches, concealer, powder) it always looks cakey and not natural. I feel like I have to wear it b/c I have acne, and I don’t want people to see it. So if you have any good non cakey concealers/foundations, or you have a way to look natural with makeup, Please tell! Thank you!
