ok so im a12 year old female about 112lbs or 115 im not sure (i dont have a scale is broken) i have some belly fat not a lot but i really want to get rid of it cause im very selfconcious about how i look. my thighs are not big i kinda like them but there a little flabby and i want to tone them up and get some of the fat off them and i also i want to lose inches off my hips…i know theres no spot reducing but how can i lose fat in thoes areas fast?!?!? please answer soon =]

i am not suer how to lose the belly fat and love handles in orde to have a six pac. I have a good diet going on right now and im loosing weight but i feel like just dieting wont help me lose the belly fat, i tried like crunches and stuff but i like didnt see results so i kinda stoped. what should i do….. also, i heard that losing the belly fat is the hardest thing to get rid off, if i do lose 25 pounds by the end of may, around what time should i start seeing some type of difference in my belly??

Please try to answer my main questions?
1. can i lose belly fat just by dieting?
2. if i lose like 25 pounds, will my luscles under the fat be more defined??
3.What should i specifically do to lose they belly fat?

im male , 15 , 6ft2 but im not sure how much i weigh id say bewteen 160-180 pounds and im trying to lose fat off my belly , i do bewteen 30-45 mins on tredmill a day , sumdays i dont eat much but on saturdays n sundays i eat mor then normal sum junk foods…i have orderd the Ab Scissors Machine by Body By Jake and im hoping tht wil get me results with my abs but any diet help will be greatly appreciated , thanx


Searching for a hair vitamin + multivitamin, help?

Hi

I’m looking for a vitamin supplement that’s good for hair growth and hair health, but also need a multi-vitamin with calcium in it because I’m female…and don’t drink dairy as i’m allergic.

Does such a vitamin exist or am I going to have to take multiple pills?

Currently, I’ve been taking one Viactiv multivitamin chews and one calcium chew a day.

Also, I am only 15 years old and a lot of vitamins and even herb pills say “not intended for persons under age 18″

Is that a big deal? Will it harm me to take those that say that?

i have heard biotin is good for hair…?

OK I’m in my early twenties, male, and 5′8″, and weigh 173 lbs. I need to get down to 155lbs. Thing is my body is thin…just not toned. All of my fat is on my stomach…and although I don’t have a huge gut that hangs over while I stand up, it is still there. I do have fat on my arms/legs…but just LITTLE pinch fats. Not like overhang fat on my arms lol. Question is… will I lose that little bit of fat on my arms (ie arms get toned) before my belly fati s reduced? How long does the arms take to lose fat/get toned before the belly fat comes off?

P.S. I’m working out, ie treadmill, four days a week for 30-45 mins each time. I’ll throw swimming in to th mix when it gets warm enough too

Anyway i am a 15 year old male, and i have a bulgie stomach, and slight moobs (..man boobs..). And i want to lose belly fat and my moobs, because under my fat i can feel i have nice abs but have fat over them!!!! So what is the quickest ways i cant lose fat? Like what spacificly should i eat, and what other excersizes should i do for how long?

—-Im trying to eat healthier, and yesterday i started to doing 30 knee ups, 30 leg raises, 30 on couch crunches, 30 hip thrusts, 30 cross crunches, and 30 cross leg reverse crunches (10 per side) 2 to three times a day. but want more to do.

I am concerned about eating too much fruit. I eat an orange or a grapefruit everyday and I am concerned about the acid.

Will it have a negative effect on my teeth or digestion?

Is it possible to have too much Vitamin C?

Are there any other possible risk/concerns?

Any suggestions on other fruits I can eat instead? I already eat a fair amount of apples and I enjoy peeling grapefruits and oranges.

I am 15 years old (male) and I have belly fat and lovehandles. Albeit, I am not obese or overweight, I still would like to lose belly fat and slim down my stomach area. I heard that cardio can make you lose fat but I am worried that if I do too much cardio that I will lose a lot of weight. Any advice on how to lose the belly fat without losing too much weight on cardio exercises? Also is it advisable to lose the belly fat first and then concentrate on ab toning afterwards? Or maybe its better to do the ab muscle training along with the cardio?

P.S. can you also tell me how long the whole process will take?

I know you can’t really decide where to lose fat and that it usually comes from all over when you’re losing it, but I have a bit of a gut that i’m not proud of from years of bad eating habits. I walk a lot and go jogging sometimes which is something I think has kept it down a bit. Two weeks ago I picked up a healthy lifestyle. I have ditched fast food, junk food, sodas, and I now drink water and V8 fruit and veggie drinks, I eat snacks that are healthy for you like whole grain triscuits, fruits, and I do light work outs every other day with a protein shake afterwards. I don’t do much cardio tho. Any suggestions on getting this belly to go away so if I start doing sit ups, my abs will show. Thanks!
