When you get home, pop them, drain them, put some kind of bacitrin on them and then a band-aid. Change it the next day.
BTW, have you considered that maybe your shoes are too tight? Try getting a half size up.</description>

		<description>Try dr. scholls pads for your shoes. It will reduce the friction. Also, you could try powder in your shoes. If nothing else, use band-aids where you usually get the blisters or wrap your feet loosely with gauze.</description>
