any past experiences will be goood too.. ive been studying so much this year and ivejust put on this belly fat.. i wana get rid of it ..
oo and whats the best way to lose upper body fat

Eat right. Stay away from sugar and high fructose corn syrup. THey’re like pouring poisen down your throat, especially for the areas you want to work.
Drink lots and only water.
Drinking water instead of pop has been taking the belly fat off for me, but if you don’t see results in a week and a half, try sittups.
Do arm circles, jumping jacks, dance.

Unfortunately there is no scientific basis for spot reduction. You do need to eat right and exercise consistently for fat loss, you just can’t choose when and where you will lose it.
And, exercising a specific area will not burn the fat off of that area or make it smaller. Your body simply doesn’t work that way.
The best thing is to follow a comprehensive program like Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle by Tom Venuto, The Truth About Six Pack Abs by Mike Geary, or Turbulence Training by Craig Ballantyne. You can check them out here:
