I am concerning if this product is appropriate for me or not because i hear some people say it is for more mature people only. Like over 25, is that true?

I just moved from Michigan to Florida, and the heat is KILLING my hair..its dull, frizzy and lifeless, and even when I straighten it (it’s naturally straight) it gets waves as soon as I step out of the air conditioning. What are some products that I can use to reduce frizziness and bring back the shine and softness it used to have? Thanks!
