I have had ingrown toe nails for years now and nothing I do seems to help I try cutting them straight across like they tell you to, and I tried putting a peice of cotton under it until it grows out but nothing seems to help. I know it is bad to “dig” them out on your own but I dont have health insurance and cant go to the doctor. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

7 months ago i went to the doctor for ingrown toe nails i had a xray done and found out i also have spurs in both toes.it took 3 months for my feet to heal. i never got the spurs removed and now my toes are painful to the touch there is a white line across my toes that wasn’t there before. and now i can only wear open toe shoes or crocs.and when i bend my toes it feels like i have fake nails on that are comming off.i hope i don’t have to get the whole toe removed cause thoser shots hurts like hell!

ok guys when i wash my hair and it drys natrually because its short i get this dry white flaky skin at the top of my forehead underneath my hair this is were i have had hair thinning so thier just abit of dry skin in this area where i have lost hair what could it be and how cn stop it?
